Over Spektrum is set to become a vibrant new landmark in the heart of Oslo, a modern workspace and cultural destination built on top of the iconic Oslo Spektrum arena.

With a vision to create a bright, urban meeting place, the building blends bold architecture, public life, and future-focused office design. The project aims to bring energy to the area, with inviting street-level activity, generous daylight, and panoramic views from every floor.

Inspired by Guttormsgaard’s art surrounding the building, the color palette draws from earth, clay, and cooler tones to complement the modern glass tower. The logo is bold and expressive, with soft, friendly curves. Its layered forms subtly climb like the building’s floors, echoing its height. The design is confident and modern, yet references the original Spektrum’s iconic curves.
